About

Bedrock is owned and operated by Sarah Gallant. Sarah has been an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist for more than 14 years, practicing in healthcare, school, and private practice settings. She has additional specialty training in orofacial myology and neuromuscular disorders. Sarah approaches all her clients with a focus on building a strong foundation. She has found that improving one’s underlying strength or function makes therapy more efficient and successful.

Bedrock offers a variety of payment plans to best align with your financial needs. While we do not directly bill insurance, documentation can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or application towards your deductible.

Cost

Sarah has been providing teletherapy since 2014 and saw how essential it became during the Covid-19 pandemic. The convenience of telehealth has made consistency of therapy sessions more feasible for many of Sarah’s clients. Additionally, telehealth often enhances the effectiveness of treatment, as clients are more comfortable engaging in therapy within their home and with access to their personal interests. Because telehealth supports more relevant practice and real-time application of skills, generalization and outcomes tend to be better, leading to fewer appointments and lower overall costs.
